That's valid though- however there are other things that validate you other than grades and your friends are probably doing things to help them cope or getting extra help without telling you-

idk but I feel like their just smart. Like if I had some sort of natural aptitude towards school I would be much better off cause at least I wouldn't feel dumb compared to the rest of my grade

I can't take a break my parents are gonna pressure me- if i'm not doing anything i'm gonna be slammed for not using this 'ever so valuable' time for study because of the shit grades i got this term.

Did u tell ur parents ur grades. But try to do something fun too. Like they need to understand burnout and ike they shouldn't be pressuring u that much

I haven't told them my 2 recent ones after i told them my max results cause of the way they reacted then. I'm rlly scared but like oh well-

definitely take a break, thing is, ya'll are putting in so much effort now (in year 11) when it barely counts to anything in the future. sure, maybe your report looks nice or wtv, or you get early entry into some uni, but really it doesn't matter. you will undoubtedly burn out and crash by the end of the year, please take a chill pill if your parents don't agree put them on here i'll talk some sense into them because forcibly locking in THIS HARD for ranks and grades that are ERASED in year 12 hsc is unsustainable and not smart in the long term.

But honestly I haven't really being putting that much effort in due to my poor mental health but I've just gotten my self esteem so destroyed that I've just lost hope

I would just hide it from them depending on their reaction. Like I plan to just let them know my ranks when reports come out so like if I get a bad rank I can just say that everyone else just did better but my marks wasn’t that bad

Teachers are shit and selfish (except for one but i don't want her to worry cause she'll call my parents)
We have a school counsellor but she's new and doesn't have a reputation yet -but idk man my parents bloody know everything and will find out
And no we don't have student support.

School counsellors are legally required to keep information confidential unless the student expresses otherwise, or the student is in danger of harming themself or others.

in my school the old counsellor was so messed up they had to fire her and her license was suspended for a while (dont want to say the story here )

I'm incredibly lucky that my school has counsellors. I've only had good experience with them; I know in private schools the same cannot be said. My condolences.

They're also kinda like blueberries like some of them are sweet and nice but others are sour. Our English teachers should be proud of us for making these great analogies.

And also if I was allergic I would have had to try it to know that I was allergic unless I did some sort of allergy test at a clinic which I did not do. But yeah I'm not allergic and I have tried eggs and their yummy

also i have a recipe for that if ur interested i think i can remember
u need like a square/rectangle pan to get the best shape

6 tamagos
shit ton of sugar maybe like 2 tbs? dunno
half a tsp of salt i guess
maybe like a couple tsps of mirin
whisk it in bowl yay
put small layer onto pan (with oil ofc) first
cook on very low heat
roll it up onto one side
chuck another layer on
cook and then roll up and repeat until all tamago finished
make sure not to overcook the tamago
cut into slices
