not studying is driving me insane, for the last 10 days ive had 4 absences and a weekend, and ive only studied a negligible amount. i swear my brain will do anything but focus.
i might go and get a caffeine addiction, idk. i dont even like scrolling, i dont find it fun or interesting, im stopping every hour and i go and do chores for some time then go back because i feel at a loss of things to do.

im also so behind, and with all the free time ive had in the last ten days i feel quite guilty, because i couldve made up a lot of my missed work.

Have you tried making a timetable? Studying requires practise to know what works and what doesn't. Your issue looks like you are not making a timetable, or you don't make an effective timetable.

Im more of the type of person that makes a to-do list, because ive made schedules in the past that i dont look at or follow. but i guess i could try?

guys for anyone that does HMS, what kind of tips do you have on how to best KNOW content??? Like obviously ur sorta memorising, but how do u best know it inorder for responses??

Yes, try to make a to-do list of extremely specific school tasks.
It's easy to not want to "finish off homework for all subjects", but "question 8 from [Textbook]" is far more achievable. Although I'm sure you've had this advice before.

THSCMirror is faster. THSC online is the best though, but can be slow.

I would kms mid exam

3600 words in 45 minutes is diabolical

as an hsc English marker I’m not going to bother marking an essay more than double the expected word count . We would expect to mark somewhere between 850:-1000. . It’s about how concise they can write in a small amount . The longer the essay goes aver say 1100 words it’d fr too long and not concise enough
