thankfully 3u is the one subject i have an abundance of resources forI'll trade you mod 6 recourses for 3u resources later
I just remembered how much I hate ksp and common ion effect
can you show me the question so i can see how its being applied?
messy? you should see my handwriting lmao. anyways ill take a look at it nowIgnore the messy handwriting I'm watching a video and jotting down notes
okk i see what you're doing but i don't think its necessary to understand the sum itself (1^2+2^2+...+n^2=(n/6)(n+1)(2n+1)) and how its derived bc i think that can only be done through mathematical inductionView attachment 51571View attachment 51572
Yellow green and the next page. It's boxing in the integral
ohhh well no because its perfectly fine to use stuff from the ext 1 course in adv so you wont get penalised.Oh I will understand how it is derived I just wanted to know if I'll get penalized by doing stuff like that. Thanks!
may i ask what your method would be without guessing?YESSSS I can finally deal with factorising those cubic without guessing!
damn well if you ever need material or somebody to teach you i can help (except for perms and combs........)!Finding the roots which I can add to my list to learn. Hence why I was going to ask you for revision material on all of this. For my plan all content for all subjects must be finished no later than week 5 which gives me time to go back to previous modules as well as clean up the stuff I skipped on the year 11 ext syllabus and hopefully do 1 topic of year 12. That means my holidays after hsc can be used to practice instead of learning and hence I still get to live my best life whilst not going to university and having a replay of year 10
trust me you're guaranteeeddd to get an atar above 90!!!Providing I actually get a good atar and not smt like 70 or 80
yeah it is really useless lmao but i guess it did push me to think in a way i hadnt rlly done with other topicsAnd its the most useless branch of math either way
induction id say is worth learning, it is mainly just algebraic manipulation buttt it does introduce you to how to structure proofs and also can help with getting familiar with sums. Can you tell me what to start with for the year 12 syllabus? I have a few year 11 exercises scattered around but I really don't think they will be full on assumed knowledge level.
ext 2 can be suchhh a pain but when i tell you its the most rewarding subject ever!!haha I'm not sure about a short span of time. Mostly I'll only be doing bits of ext on weekends when I'm not super locked in for my actual subjects. I kind of want to see what's in ext 2 but I'll deal with some more of ext1 first.
vectors can get pretty tricky at times and it took me a while to get the hang of it but it ties into soo much other topics, so understanding it is definitely worth the struggleThat's tbd still. I've heard vectors are really hard....
yeahh complex is very very useful in electrical and aerospace engineering!*ahem* electrical and aerospace
yeah ive heard of that too, its a shame, i wouldve liked to go into aerospace but i really dont plan on leaving australiaElectrical is seen as torture and aerospace, i haven't heard of insane employment inside of Australia
I feel like we need to start a major work accountability thread cause I procrastinate so much on that stuff especially cause it isn’t like something like math where u know exactly what u need to do ykwimToday:
Finish indefinite integrals
Finish trig eqn&graphs
Do some of my English primary draft
extra work:
Gain the fullest extent of confidence in pH calcs
Continue on with 5.1 physics calcs
Figure out what on earth I'm actually supposed to study for art
