Jesus Loves You Too!!
Business is waaaaay easier than eco so i've heard-hey guysss can someone pls review my subjects for yr 11, i feel like i have the default student subjects. Im looking for a career in like medicine (gp, dentistry, vet) or if i dont get in then business (analyst)
they are:
eng ext 1
- i get like satisfactory marks in eng currently so im def dropping this in yr 12 but Im only doing extension so it can help with my advanced in yr 12 and also to help me fill in one more extra unit. I really dont want to do morning classes thooo. btw i have an english tutor
maths ext 1
- i get like pretty middish high marks in maths and if i work hard enough i def think i can do it. i have a maths tutor
bio
- ive already started tutoring for this so i think i wont be changing this choice
chem
-ive also started tutoring for this, need this for medicine def
business studies
- okok i was thinking either business studies or economics but i think i enjoy more small world things and less abstract info to apply. should i be doing tutoring for thistell me pls. i get like really ass marks in commerce tho but maybe i just need to work harder??
I play the cello and piano and i do music as an elective so i was thinking music for a back up subject but i feel like i cant balance practicing my instrument and studying for 2 sciences effectively. i also get mid ass marks in music sooo
total is 12 units cuz i think if u do 13 you get 2 less free periods?? idk but i want as much studying time as possible to maximise the marks
someone help me pls im so lost and my subjects are literally due in like 4 days
plus apparently from older years i've heard it's easier to band 6 so i'd say go for that. And for tutoring if you have an English tutor you don't really need it cause it's pretty straight forward, you just need to really know subject specific things as teachers will look for this because they know the subject is straight forwards so they kinda wanna see if you know more than the average person- if that makes sense.
Honestly i did music and had 14 units, but i dropped it and went to 12 units because of the fact that i didn't actually have any study periods at all- and it is quite a bit to balance. However, if you still have study periods in total, it should be ok but genuinely study periods are a GIFT FROM GODDDDDDDD. so like yeah- if you're getting 'mid' marks in music then don't push yourself to go for it, especially if you wanna drop it for year 12 because you seem like you need the other subjects a lot-
hope this helppssssssss
