i got a b2 in all my subjects and ended with a mystery mark. now im studying pharmaceutical science at usyd, just believe in yourself and keep going bro

u straight up just don't need bio for med...


it's a yr12 subject anyway so if u do well in yr11 math ext 1 u should do math ext 2 anyway (unless ur just the goat at ur other subjects ig). getting the high ATAR u need for med gonna be a lot easier if you're decent at good scaling subjects

yes cuz you're rly gonna need to get as high an ATAR as u can get if u rly wanna do med

doing subjects you enjoy is good and all but you gotta do rly well in bad scaling subjects to match a mediocre performance in a good scaling subject

if you can reasonably do a high scaling subject, you should just do it fr

But are u gonna need ext 2 math for med. Even if u can’t do ext 2 it just means ur not maths smart but it doesn’t mean ur not smart enough for med. Cause med is different and requires a different sort of intelligence

med gon be a lot more content heavy than any HS subject, especially maths

you don't have to be maths smart to do decent in HSC maths

ok so, i prewrote two essays that had extremely broad themes (family and identity)
if you are required to write a reflection, make sure you clearly know your PURPOSE, your MENTOR TEXT and a way to link your story to the PROMPT
for the reflection, i memorised two quotes from mentor text, and in total had 2 body paragraphs, one for each
make sure your text addresses the prompt well, for instance, my prompt was some george dickens shit which was 'Spring is the time of year when it is summer in the sun and winter in the shade' and we had to explore the importance of change. so i ended up using a motif the represented time changing to explore how change is a catalyst for maturity
but yah, also make sure to practice writing cos my shit was sore after ts

okk quick late night lock in sesh! got chem m2 quiz back(tutoring) and got 31/50 ;\(its chill I studied the night before), will memorise eng, update math ext notes & chem notes + skim over IQ1 & IQ2. Hoping to clock out by latest 11:30 so I can get up early to study lmaoo

All of that in 50 minutes, Wow! I wish I was that efficient

reach for the moon and fall among the stars type stuff. Just finished now, tarted 20 minutes later and underestimated maths notes. chem skimming I did as I fixed up notes and did IQ3 asw so all my notes are sorted!
