whats the deritives of 2lnx i have this sickening feeling that i did it wrong.

I moved the 2 so it was lnx^2

then dy/dx = 2x on x^2

:confused: :(

derivative of lnx = 1/x

therefore 2lnx = 2/x

your way can work too

2x/x^2 cancels to 2/x anyways

LOL u shouldnt think about the exams and what u did man - coz the more u think about it, the more u'll think u stuffed up and that will haunt u for the other exams..
