4 unit + 2 unit maths exam on at the same time (1 Viewer)

Does this even make sense?? that both those exams are both morning exams on the same day according to the 'advanced' copy of the timetable!!

yup.. it goes like that for my school assessments as well...

for those who still want to do 2u exam they do it at a later date... in case they still wanna drop

of course, by the hsc they have to choose whether to they are doin 4u maths.. 3u maths.. or 2u maths.. lolz

4u and 2u are ALWAYS on simultaneously - at least this has been true back to the early '90s. The current HSC timetable always has:

2u/4u on monday of 2nd week
General on tuesday of 2nd week
3u in wednesday of 2nd week

Someone please advise if they've changed this.

they had some weird maths course like.. "maths in society" or "maths in practice" or some crap like that before... 0.o

wutz those courses abt? is it like general maths ?

I looked through the past papers before and I was thinking... School Certificate :p

Mind you I'm still wondering how I lost marks in the sc. :p

noooooo 4u people have to do both the 4u paper and 2u paper at the same time :D

lol doin the 2u exam if ur a 4unit student is a waste of time

it's expected u would get 100 in the 2unit test or something if ur a 4u student :p

nah, its more like you are expected to get a band 6 in 2u, that is if you get E4 as your hsc mark for 4u. band 5 is expected if you get E3, etc....

IMO, the current General Maths course and the old MIS course are very similar - a few changes / additions, but nothing that major.

from what i can gather, general and MIS are pretty similar...MIP was like the equivalent of applied maths from what ive heard.
