IMO 2 weeks to base a cycling program isnt long enough. i would suggest at least one month to fully show variences in training. BUT, to answer your question:
long, low intensity base miles for the first week. make monday the recovery ride. 1 ride per day, 1-2 hours for the recovery ride. 3 hours for the rest of the weekdays with 5+ hours on sat and sunday. this is for an elite level cyclist btw.
second week should have monday rest day, intervals/specific training tues and thurs, friday another rest day (assuming race is on that w/e), light ride or massage the day before and a solid 20-30 min warm up just prior to the race.
just so im not doing all your work, you can fill in the blanks.
just to let you know, this is based on the fact that i race bike and may vary to what's put in a text book.
hope this helps :p
