You can't do it, unless you write your own drivers to talk to the new 'BIOS' (its not a BIOS, but something similar) firmware.
Vista will be able to dual boot along side OSX on a MacIntel because it has support for the new hardware/firmware.

jah ... yeah its the 'EFI' thing that they've used... which wont work with xp, but should definately work with vista
