6th grade clarinet (1 Viewer)

ok so pretty much i have to learn all my 6th grade clarinet scales in 4 days
lists are all good
e tests are fine
studies alright
just need a quick way to try and memorize scales

any suggestions?

You can break a 3 octave scale into singles octaves and into tetra chords (4 notes - half of an octave). Repeat the tetra cords up and down, over and over again but SLOWLY - you're aim is accuracy. This works pretty well for me and I learn the scales in 5 - 10min. It is a tedious process at first but you'll know that in the end it's worth it. Good luck with your exam!
