Let's face it, the HSC is stressful. All of a sudden you are told the next two years of your life are of VITAL importance because they affect your ATAR and therefore your University offers and therefore your job prospects and therefore your life. If you want to ace the HSC but English Advanced is dragging you down or you just need a helping hand, then you have come to the right place!

As mentioned in the title, I got an ATAR OF 99.35 and an OVERALL MARK OF 94% for English Advanced.

Here is a list of the BAND 6 English Advanced essays which I am selling:

BELONGING ESSAY (Metamorphosis)
This essay was marked an A by my teacher, and is based on three poems by Emily Dickinson (I Had Been Hungry All The Years, The Saddest Noise the Sweetest Noise and A Narrow Fellow in the Grass) as well as the Franz Kafka classic 'Metamorphosis'.

BELONGING ESSAY (Ufo in Kushiro)
This essay was marked an A+ by my teacher, and is based on three poems by Emily Dickinson (I Had Been Hungry All The Years, The Saddest Noise the Sweetest Noise and What Mystery Pervades A Well) as well as a short story called 'Ufo in Kushiro' by Haruki Murakami.

NOTE: I wrote two belonging essays so I could be super prepared for the exam. If you buy both of my belonging essays its only $15! Just contact me and I will send you a special link.

FRANKENSTEIN AND BLADE RUNNER ESSAY
This essay was marked 19/20 by my teacher! So if you want to save spare yourself the weird ancient version of the english language Frankenstein is written in but still get top marks, this essay is for you :)

HAMLET ESSAY
This essay was marked 18/20 by my teacher! I know Hamlet may be written in painfully unreadable ye olde Shakespearean English, but its actually a very interesting play with timeless themes. I hope this essay will help you to enjoy (and actually understand) Hamlet too

CONFLICTING PERSPECTIVES ESSAY
This essay was marked a 20/20 by my teacher! It is is based on three case studies from Geoffrey Robertson's novel 'The Justice Game' (Trials of Oz, Show Trials and the Afterword) as well as two opinion articles - 'Normalising Perversion, Traumatising Kids' by Beverley Eakman and 'Snowden is a Traitor' by Charles Moore'.

So if you want to get those top marks for English Advanced but its just not happening, USE THESE ESSAYS. Read them. Note the language and structure. Improve your own essays. Examples of band 6 work are a great way to figure out what is expected by HSC markers.

Good luck with the HSC!!

You guys are lucky, "Discovery" looks interesting and I find belonging tedious.

Really! In year 11 i remember doing 'Inner Journeys' as our area of study, I didn't know that it's changed to 'Discovery'.

I agree that 'Belonging' can be tedious in that you hear the word so many times while your studying it that you NEVER want to hear it in your life ever again, but the theme is applicable to a lot of different novels, and very interesting and relevant if you think about it!
