Education:
I studied at Brisbane State High, a selective school with around 30 students out of 400 scoring 99+ ATARs every year. It also selects for sporting ability, music and cultural talents hence it is named the best Australian Rugby Union (ARU) school and only 30/400 scored 99 ATAR and above.

Location:
I study at UNSW in Kensington which is 20min from city and I tutor at the library, or my on-campus college room. Depending on the location, I may travel to you.

Pricing:
I OFFER ONE FREE LESSON
Prices are negotiable depending on the arrangements.

Working days and calendar:
I will be arriving in Sydney ready for tutoring in a few weeks. I thought it best to post this for those who are interested. I can work weekdays and weekends.

My style:
I strongly discourage rote-learning as a method of learning Maths and Science given their highly conceptual content. I have sheets of 10 questions for each topic, which have easy and difficult questions that drive home the central idea of a topic.

Calculus, for example, is not to be memorised. Rather than show you patterns of how deriving sin x gives cos x, I will guide you through deriving every formula from FIRST PRINCIPLES. Gone are the days of not understanding subjects and using a set of confusing steps to arrive at the answer. With me, you will see multiple ways of approaching a question, pick the simplest method and finish in a quarter of the time.

I specialise in exam technique, through two years of senior I scored full marks in all but 2 exams in 4 subjects and combined with a higher level conceptual thinking style, you will score the marks you want with ease.

Gopi is definitely a genius. If understanding every single biochemistry equation (stochiometery included), or deriving all the pharmacology and physiology equations from scratch isn't enough evidence, I don't know what is.

Hey, GopiR is a tutor I'd recommend, he has tutored me in 4U maths, rather than sole focus on Rote learning, he taught us to understand the concept but also expanded our thinking, more on abstract thinking, because abstract thinking is just one of the tools that is needed in 4U maths to succeed, and once again, I'd recommend GopiR!
