Lexus LS600hL - Hybrid Sedan

Transmission: Electronically controlled Continuously Variable Transmission (ECVT) with two-speed reduction (LOLWUT) and Snow mode
Compression Ratio: 11.8:1
Time to reach 0 to 60 MPH: 5.5 seconds
Total System Horsepower: 438 HP
Price: six figure

But:

The reverse, or parallel parking system, works by using a camera and a series of radar sensors in the bumpers. When the car pulls up alongside an empty parking space, the system can determine whether the vehicle will fit in the gap between the two other parked cars, then steer itself into position at the press of a button.
no need to reverse park yourself.

LOL this is so old but.

"The Sydney Morning Herald, November 17, 2007"

It's still pretty new technology and hence, dodgy.
You need like a 9 metre space for a 5 metre car.

It's pretty big too, looks like a pain to drive.
The only people who would need it are people who can afford a $252,000 car, i.e old rich people. D:

yeah well you'd be hard pressed to fit a fucking 5m car into like a 7m gap
throw into that equation a rear wheel drive setup like basically every lexus ever has and its bordering on impossible

Yeah, this car ACTUALLY does everything for you.
You just select the space on the screen and the car just drives itself.

They have parking assist, not auto parking.
Parking assist meaning it steers for you and controls the throttle... the only things the driver does is;
a) Finding and selecting a parking spot which is big enough for the system to work with
b) Covering the brake pedal

Psh. That being said I probably wouldn't mind something like this on my car since the wing makes it quite difficult to see backwards, and the wheels/bodykit sticks out to the side. (ps. I'm kidding)
