i'm pretty sure we can use international cases. Well we can for our media file and not only does it illustrate the point i was getting at it also demonstates the workings of the civils law system where there is a presumption of guilt. Anyway, who am i to argue?

My lovely friend damnation we've had that question darl and argue more often we don't want that spread the BOS love feel the love not the hate.......cause i don't like getting aggressive just icky spelling mistakes like that, JOE... freak me out ewwwww but u fixed it so its all good. And yeah........i've ran out of questions to ask so i'll grab some off the HSC exams lol:

Which statement is correct in relation to private law?
(A) Private law is less just than public law because private law considers only two
individuals.
(B) Aboriginal customary law is an example of private law because it is not written
down.
(C) Private law is that body of law that relates to disputes between individuals and not
to disputes between individuals and the state.
(D) International law does not cover any private law issues because international law
involves only matters between nations.

If thats in relation to the UN security council its the power of one of the 5 members to prevent an action from going ahead. Only one member needs to be against it and then the action will not go ahead.

Name one breach of human rights in Australia and explain why it is a breach of human rights
