For english, Im doing a report on neoneo noir films

Anyhow, in a nutshell, Im talking about movies like the Usual Suspects, Vanilla Sky, Donnie Darko and Fight Club with mind fuck endings, but I need a nice way to phrase it (besides 'clever twist'.)
