I'm not sure if it should hurt so soon after sex but sometimes girls can get an infection in your bladder/Urinery tract after sex, caused by when bacteria gets into ur urinry tract, which is just a misfortune of having the female anatomy. not period cramps. Guys don't have periods. You can get cramps by doing any type of physical exercise. e.g. you're swimming and suddenly your foot hurts.

Especially if this type of physical activity is new to the person and those muscles are undeveloped/unprepared for the activity the person puts them through.
