Hello all. I need some examples of legal issues facing couples/parties in De Facto Relationships. But they need to be examples of issues in the PAST.
As in, how did the law treat them in the past?
Ie,
property rights, there were formerly no regulations to keep division of property in De Facto Relationships fair, but nowadays the Supreme Court or District Court decides on its distribution.
I have not many examples so far and any help would be greatly apprecited,thanks.
