I was under the impression that the library becomes a "study hall" during STUVAC. So I don't know if its gonna be full or what not.

You could try your local library, might be easier to get to and cheaper to get to.
Also the local library may also be less busy, as they dont specifically have 40000 students having exams or whatever.
