simple plan write "woe is me" songs becuz they are trying to be part of the punk genre. If you actually related to some of the music you'd appreciate it..maybe.. i agree they arent very talented but their are punk bads who are, who sing the same kind of stuff,but much heavier... only these bands (such as The Used, Taking Back Sunday, Sum 41, Finch, Sugarcult, AFI, etc) actually did have fucked up lives, where simple plan were just spoiled little yuppie fucks who think they had it so tough... man my life is harder than theirs! dont just kick them in shin.. kick them in the fuckin throat.

i read a really lame article thingy about simple plan in that free Sain magazine. (its free, i get it coz its free) and the singer dude and another dude in the band used to be in a hardcore band.
i find that really funny.
and one cannot be in a "hardcore" band with a name like Pierre.
