I've accepted mine already, but it was my 2nd preference my 1st preference still have Vacancies are there anything I can do to receive my 1st preference?

if you were close to the cutoff of your first preference (assuming the "cutoffs" are accurate) then its possible youll get an offer in the late/final round.
