We can still get it, I live in NSW and my school/area was considered underrepresented/rural so we were immediately eligible for it. There's a box you have to check in VTAC on the SEAS application-as a NSW student you can still do it. There's several categories you could be eligible under. Mine was a simple check box that I lived in a post code, for health/finance I think you may have to upload documentation-it is not too dissimilar to how it works in NSW on the UAC website.
