Depends on the university, I know UTS is roughly 10 for some schools, (train station advertisement signs) and close to 10 for UWS if you live in the greater western sydney region. However, for the top universities like USYD and UNSW is less than 4 for which particularly for UNSW I was only eligible for 3.
