Hey guys,

I've got both exams tmr and just wondering if anyone got ANY tips - major focus, regrets, how tough (pls reassure me!), MUST-Know sections, etcc?

Also, If anyone has got Multiple-Choice Qs and As - can you please please upload!

Or summarised notes for mtkg101 - havent had time to start this one yet :(

Thanks in advance!

Yes, who is a good question : < but guys last sem had a diff lecturer so Venkat might have changed the layout

Ive given myself tonight to study the whole course and its frightening.

Im putting money however that we'll be seeing the likes of
- Transfer prices
- Balanced scorecard
- CRM and all those other internal company stuff that i dont understand
- ORganizational structure
- Performance measures NPV IRR etc (disadvantages and advantages i.e. short term focus blah blah blah)
- motivation (had a dream about it where i was sitting outside exam room panicking cos i hadnt studied it yet)

= 6 questions

CRM? not sure edit: customer relationship management? sound like an application of normal bullshit. ;)

IRR - Internal Rate of Return. (I tried explaining it, but got confused). Basically used for an assessment of a project. Its a financial measure, so should be unsed in conjunction with non-financial factors - employee dissatisfaction/motivation, supplier unhappiness, etc.
