Hi,

Just wondering if anyone ever took these subject before.

1) Accounting for insolvency???
-> I heard that this subject is about making movie, is that true ???

2) International Accounting ???
-> Are they hard ???? consume a lot of time ???

3) Accounting for overseas transaction ???

yes ill prob be doing some of these later. so jase if u done it please tell.

i am doing accounting transactions and business decisions atm. and i like the subject. humourous lecturer , no esseys , can just rout learn the content, and i dont tihnk theres too much work.

Well actually, none of those 3 subjects are in the Accounting major, so no I haven't done them, and you won't do them either Sasha. Those subjects are mainly included in the Accounting sub-majors instead, as they don't require much knowledge of introductory accounting. Most people do those subjects as one-off electives, especially the first one. The first 2 involve a lot of presentations rather than exams and they can be fun if you have a good group. As for the third one, I'm not too sure.

Accounting for insolvency is a joke of a subject.

Frank, the coordinator of the subject tried selling it to the Accounting 2 class.

Seems like you make stupid movies, although noone fails, it doesnt count to any major but you can sneak away with a small business accounting sub major if u combine it with 3 other crappie subjects.

My advise, this subject is a waste of both your time and money!

yeh frank tried to sell it to our class aswell. he showed movies people made for 40 mintutes of the lecture and then we had to rush all the other work cuase we didnt have enough time grrr
