the acct results are out.....omg...i got nearly 60 for the mid-sem....cudn't believe it......i thought i had failed the exam.....
woohhooo!!
for the part a assignment i got 25, for part b i did bad-13/20
but dats only 3%....so i don't reallly care!!!
neways goodluck ppl....n i gotta go n do econ study for tomo!!

Umm did well for my assignment: 27.5/28 and 15/20,
but didn't do as well as I liked for the exam but just like Suvat marginally missed out on a D for the exam. But overall, I can't complain too much, it's a solid result.

Practice Set: Going along well, just need to do closing entries + post-closing trial balance.

yeah me 2....i go2 the 10am lecture on tuesday...nah i go for a diff tute!! most of the ppl doing commerce know me.....( yeah im famous....lols)u must be knowing me 2...by face not by my bos nick....lolzzz

yeah the practise set is going good.....better than wat i had expected...i reckon its not dat hard if u do it consistently and with patience n concentration...rite now i have given it 2 a friend who wanted 2 check his results.....yeah but only the last bit is left for me....ie the post closing trial thingie....

hey can anyone tell me what i do with the dividends in the practice set? i thought that we didn't record them at all but then i saw this dividend payable account.....i'm like huh?

so do i credit that account? then what do i debit?....???? someone help!

edit: martin said u dr divends declared and cr dividens payable , but their is no dividends declared account......so what do i debit?
