it would be very helpful if anyone could provide useful acronyms for the core 1 and 2, as well as sports medicine and improving performance.

I gota bunch of these acronyms but i think that once u have over 5 they dont help.
for the principles of training i have : Viaga Was The Real Penis Saver
Variety
Warm up/cool down
Training thresholds
Progressive overload
Specificty

its simple to remember as it a pretty funny thing for a teacher to suggest and thats the only way i remember it

BTW if u dont know the ottawa charter back to front inside out your pretty much screwed one of the most important things in the course. I reckon there will be a big marker on it, there hasnt been lately.

confidence, heredity, ability, personality, prior exp.

anxiety is too harder for an acronym. i mean goal setting and mental rehearsal are easy to remember but then relaxation, visualisation and concentration is sometimes forget. lets hope its not in the hsc. there is a Q in the independent 2008 so that means they cant ask it according to my teacher who's a marker.
