hi there
just a quick question. If we do two ancient societies, and one historical period, and when we open the booklet we find that we are more comfortable with answering one of the ADDITIONAL historical period questions rather than one of the normal section III , and we do, will it still be marked as normal or not?

from what ive been told, you will not score. one question from each section - if you answer two section fours and no section threes i think you just get your better section four mark and zero for section three. my advice: dont tempt yourself by opening the section four historical period booklet.

Yeah, you answer ONE and only one question from each section. So if you decided to answer the section 4 question instead of the section 3 question, you would have to do another essay from section three (on a different period), thus you'd be screwed
