Advice On Year 10 Subjects Please. (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone on Bored Of Studies,
I currently attend a Non-Selective High School and am in Year 9. I was wondering what requirements are needed to complete a preliminary subject in YEAR 10. Also what subjects are good (easier) to be accelerated in if it is possible?

The requirements depend on the school I think, but I'm pretty sure they can't deny you to do a subject, only highly recommend against it. At my school for example, to get into physics and chemistry they require a B in science, whereas biology and earth and environmental sciences requires a C. That being said, they say if we can improve our marks by the end of this year (yr 10), they say we can get into. For the accelerated subjects I have no idea, don't even think we got it offered.
