I'm in year 11 at the moment and I'm thinking of taking up Ext. History in Year 12.

What you guys think? Is it worthwhile?

Yeah you're really going to need to know what History (the 2u subject) is all about before deciding whether a) you want to study more of it b) it will help your UAI to take up more units in history c) are you good enough?

You can't answer any of these at the beginning of year 11.

Yehh.. have a serious think before going and doing it, if you want to do it just to boost your uai well...i don't know, u have to be seriuosly interested in history to make this a subject, it isn't really something to do just because you want you're subject list to look good. You gotta be interested, im not saying its hard, because the content is ok, but its extra work on wot already looks like a heavy work load...anyway thats my input
goodluck
