After transfering can i be at both unis? (1 Viewer)

i transferred from uws to unsw, but i just have a year left to finish my arts degree(at uws). Is it ok to stay at uws and not un-enrol and attend one class there and the rest at unsw? Is this acceptable(In reference to HECS and UAC)?
I have a clash at unsw, so thats why i want to continue with uws and i will get credit for the subject.
