when i got with my bf i thought he was my age and he thought i was his age (I look old and he looks young - no probs here )

lol yeah, a friend of mine whos 17 is going out with a 23 year old, and the same dealio happened with them

i am 16, i used to "see" a 22 yr old...
but he acted alot younger than he is and apparently i seem older so it worked out

not really..... a 16 year old going out with an immature 22 year old.... :S

I don't think an age gap like that should matter if you are both on the same level and care about each other/have fun with each other

as long as u are a mature 18 yearold there shouldn't be a prob.
I'm 18 now and I wouldn't go out with someone more then 1 year younger now, but age gaps become less important the older we get.

I wouldn't date some one a few years younger because a few years younger is like a 15 or 16 yr old. if i was 20 or what ever and they where 18. it'd be a diff story.
