Aiming for a star of 70-80 help! (1 Viewer)

So i'm aiming for an atar at around 70-80. I do IPT and Hospotality I heard it scales badly. I'm not in for an atar of 90+ so how badly will the scaling affect me if? And what mark would I get to avoid the scaling down.
