I'm in a bit of a dilemma... i realli need a UAI of around 92

English Standard - 7/82 - 78%
Math 2u - 7/76 - 87%
Math 3u - 37/95 - 59%
Business Studies - 18/55 - 65%
Physics - 42/81 - 68%
IPT - 2/28 - 85%

any possiblities?

if not what UAI u reckon i can get with the way i'm going now?

92.00 would be a bit difficult at this stage. That being said, it will depend heavily on your performance from now till the end of the exams. What school do you attend?

its ranked 77th in 2002 schools chart

so say if these were my marks for my school assesment

would it be possible to gain a high UAI if i do pretty well in the HSC exam?

Possibly 80. Your marks are no where near the standards required for 92....sorry....I am being honest here...

erhm....your trial is really an indicative of what you going to get in the real thing. you might get extra 2 to 3 marks, but it is not going to be good enough to get 92.

is that true? cos for HSC I think people would have much more time to study and revise for work whereas in the trials, it more difficult to thoroughly study the whole HSC course in a matter of weeks. o__o
I know that I havent thoroughly studied for trials, more like crammin' like hell, but I know for sure that I'd do much better in HSC, cos there's a whole term to revise and study...

*sighs* yeah i once told myself that too! lol. As if someone with a trial mark of 60 will study hard and suddenly get 95 in the HSC exam in every courses.....
Just ask the ex-year 12's. Most people will tell you that they were not as dedicated for the HSC as they liked to be...even thought your mind kept telling you to study after the trials for the real thing.....blah blah blah....

but like hypothetically...

if you were in the scenario of doing average in your trials... but you did really well in your HSC exam... would there still be chance?

Where can we find school rankings?

And say the above marks were from a school in top 3, then is above 90 possible?

be careful in taking these predictions as gospel...if anything it may make you feel that all hope is lost and there is no point in trying. that is exactly the attitude you gotta avoid. I did the hsc last year, my friend had pretty similar marks to you for most things...probably abit worse in maths, and about the same in english except it was advanced. he got 85....so you aren't completely lost. The point is to keep trying and don't think it's all finished. Remember HSC exam is 50% of your mark. I can tell you a good performance in those final exams makes a world of difference.
