I only just submitted my application with preferences by web.. am I too late to get into courses at UWS such as economics and diet and nutrition ?

nope... Jan 5th 12pm is the date you have to finalize your preferences, so you're still safe

also.. since i am in penrith do i get 5 bonus points at all of UWS or just penrith UWS campus

Never heard about that, some people said you get that if you live close to it, but you should post this question in the UWS forum.


And Main Round offers come out on Jan 19th

you have to do a test called the WRET (or is it RET?) test. its the (western) regional entry test. and iff you pas it, then you are eledgible for 5 uai points (similar to the ACESS scheme). but i assume you've just finished HSC, so i dont think you would be eledgible..

Imagines putting preferences in at 11:55pm and due to lag the server doesnt get them till 12:01, oh the horror. So basically try to get them in at latest of about 6pm.

gettin 70 UAI is easier than doing uni traks and that other bs
