Ancient History Textbook (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a text book for Ancient History and I've asked my teacher who just suggests a book for each individual topic. The thing is, I want a comprehensive book for each topic that will make it easier to study, much like the two I have for Modern History. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good Ancient History Text Book that would fit that description?

Not really - the Antiquity ones have Pompeii and some other topics but that is the only one I can think of - but some ancient topics don't even have a book at all.
