Handy tip: Read the book.

Then: analyze it for techniques. Get quotes. Talk about living under the Nazis and Anne's strained relationships with... her mother? sister? father? Peter?

And the writing style.

P.S we all know what AOS is. :)

I never say 'good morning' anymore. Start with a good rhetorical question etc.

any good?
Yes. Great vocabulary. Solid understanding of belonging. There are some bits which could be improved e.g. if you see the green grammar/error line underneath the sentence it means it is NOT a sentence or has an error in it's expression. Also, some parts are almost 'overwriting' - too many adjectives that it makes it a little confusing.

Other than that it's fine. Much better than any essay I've ever written.

A lot of people have said it has good use of vocab but personally I think it's pretty dull in the language component. If I spent enough time I think I could have moved that speech from a 35/40 to at least 38.

If you're short on time, skim the book. Then re-read in detail the parts you think are the most important and analyse only those parts. After all, there's no point analysing the entire book if you're not going to use it all ;)

Try and refer to the question regularly - not just after a chunky paragraph and make the speech engaging. Use rhetorical questions, have as much eye contact as possible (at everyone not one person!) and utilise the tone + volume of your voice well.

Good luck :)
