Analyse the ways in which the particle model of light has been tested and validated

I need ideas on what to write about
Thanks in advance :)

Sorry I don't know how I missed this topic

I've forgotten what some good tests would be, have you looked through a textbook like Jacaranda or Contexts?

it's just a rewording of the syllabus dot point on the debate btwn particle theory and wave theory.

i think the main bit of evidence u should concentrate on is the photoelectric effect (i mean.. there's a whole section on the topic... -.-;;)
ie photons (particles of light) come in.. whack a few electrons off the cathode and whoosh dum di dah electricity flows... this wouldn't happen if light were a wave...
it was one of the main pieces of evidence that prevented ppl from declaring light exclusively as a wave...

jacaranda has quite a bit on this

Cathode rays are beams of electrons, not light.
