we're starting power play soon in english, and studying antony and cleopatra, and i was wondering if anyone could give me a mediumish summary of it? i'm just curious about plot happenings etc

this is the boringest piece of crap that i have ever read. We're 3/4 of the way through and I have no bloody idea what the hell is going on. im guessing there is some kind of power struggle going on between cleo, anto and that other guy... caesar is it? see I dont even remember.. oh yeah octavius caesar (later to become the great augustus ra ra ra) but beyond that I dont care. It makes me mad and bored thinking about it. I want to go back to 'in the skin of a lion' *cries, runs, trips and cowers in a ball

I like Shakespeare, but this one is kinda weird.
Watching a really bad 70's film version of it didn't help.

haha I completely agree, once you get away from the really famous ones, all his other ones seem incredibly confusing
