I've got half a year left of German until I drop it and am having a very bad time. I'm bottoming my class and am not enjoying any of my lessons.

I'd love to become proficient and somewhat capable in german after learning it for 3 years but I feel as though I've fallen so far behind that I can't catch up.

Does anyone have advice for ways to catch up quickly and perhaps do well in the annuals? Grammer is fine for me it's mainly just vocabulary and speaking.

talk to your teacher, if you get along with them. they might offer to give you a bit of extra help to get your vocab up.

Currently my teacher is on leave for this term so was thinking getting ahead would be a nice surprise. We don't exactly get along but I have decided to finish on a good note so this is why I'm here. I've tried duolingo and that seems to help.
