Why would you need notes for maths? You should have already learnt the concepts and how to apply them by now. If you're looking for formulas I can supply them.

If your looking for formulas, the trail papers would supply.

Yea just go over trial papers, I did that and I think I did preety good, except go over trig a bit on your own as well, like Sine, Cosine and Tan and stuff and how they work and how you apply them etc...
