There are two non-Asian Chinese Extension students in my class. I'm a Korean doing Chinese Extension, so I don't fit in under that umbrella you set up in the topic name.

Go to one of those Chinese Poetry Recital Competitions, or Chinese Speech competitions and you'll see chock-a-block amount of non-Asians doing Chinese.
