Yeah, they've been working for me...I haven't been able to sleep without them. Just the one's from Woolies, but make sure they have Valerian in them, otherwise they don't really work..

ability to sleep not there

you know what the worst feeling is? lying in bed at 3:30 knowing that you have an exam in 6 hours time... and in that time you have to get some reasonable sleep, actually get up, get to school and then in 6 hours you'll be actually sitting at a desk.
Hate that feeling

gotta suck. what's worse if if u live a distance from ur exam. u end up stressing the whole trip! mine's an hr or so away, so there's plenty of time to be nervous :)

I slept at three thirty in the morning on Wednesday morning. I felt extremely fustrated.

For some odd reason, I didn't feel the effects of sleeping three and a half hours till a day later.

Stilla's Sleep Schedule (Involuntary and for the exam period.)

Sunday night before AOS: 3 hours
Monday afternoon: 2 hours
Monday night: No sleep.
Tuesday afternoon: 1 hour
Tuesday night: No sleep
Wednesday afternoon: 1 hour
Wednesday night (Before Business): No sleep. So sick.
Thursday afternoon: No sleep
Thursday Night (Before Pe): No sleep. Sore Head. Andrenaline only, hands shaking, eyes sore, saw jaw, sick feeling in stomach.
Friday afternoon through Friday night: 14 hours sleep. So nice.

Crikket's Sleep schedule:

Sunday night before AOS: lovely 6 hours
Monday night: 4hours
Tuesday night: No hours :(
Wednesday afternoon/night: 24 hours (includes lying in bed contemplating getting up for food but decided against it and fell back asleep)
Thursday morning/noon/night: 1 hour of study, 2 hours of sleep. repeat process, repeatedly :D
etc etc etc.
Sunday Night(Tonight, before maths ext 2): intended sleep: No hours.

u guys are crazy how can u do tests without sleep o.o
ive had regular hours of 7-8 hrs per night
but right now i have a fever and only 2hrs before my ext2 maths test :(

I've been having wierd dreams before my exams.

Also, I keep waking up too early.

Oh well, only 3 more left.

shit i cant belieeve u didnt sleep b4 4u, i ensured i had a good 8 hrs...sleep is important for the mind, we go thru htings subconsciously in our minds whilst sleeping (i saw it on a documentary)...neways this guy, Gesus, slept for 7hours since he did chem...he was doin past papers all the time

I'm still having trouble sleeping, especially before and after exams.. before im trying to imagine what im doing, and after im going through the paper thinking about all the mistakes i made.. lol
