Tehy told us in the interview that they look for new people every 6 months becasue thats when peoples availability can change. Igor told us that if you arent succesful now, please reapply after 6 months or when our availability changes.
so possibly you guys that are on the waiting list form last year, might be deleted and probably have to do the whole process again.

i'd just like to say- i've been working at kmart for 2 years now. i did the whole introduction/interview thing successfully, so if any of u hav any colesmyer job queries then i'd b happy to help.
