i do
Ext1 Maths
2u Maths (HSC n Prelim)

i dont regret any of my choices but i wish i accell in Ext 1 maths(they didn offer it at my school), its so easy, n i could have concentrated on ext 2 or done it again

lol at that dude who sed chem was easy.. omfg at the marking at me skool.. so bs..

i got 28% for the year 11 chem yearlies and i fkn actually spent 2hrs studying for it.. so bs!!

for eco year 11 yearly.. i spent next to no time and i got 92%
that was me :)

eco - did some study and got good marks in my assessment task, another one was a speech/extended response task.
chem - made models, did a magnesium-burning prac.

all-in-all - they're both good subjects. i never said chem. was easy, but it's not overly difficult either. so far, year 11 hasn't been too bad in terms of difficulty. but i have to admit that eco. seems to have the most reading/learning coz just about everything is new, so that entails the most work.

dixon global economy = ~200-300

yep my skool is known 4 its english, there are 48 ppl doin Adv English n about 80 doin genral.
50 ppl in chem n physics is an estimate and same with maths, but i no they are in the visinity of those numbers, i may be rong with the numbers 4 maths thou it might even be closer 2 90 (4 classes, 2 with ~ 15, 2 with 25)

We have almost the same subjects and are regretting the same things. *sigh Oh wells. Why not try tutor/coaching? I'm starting it next week, if that doesn't help.. I'm going to have to figure something out. /:

The only subject choice I've regretted is not doing English Extension in year 11, because then I would:
a) Be able to do EE2
b) Have a genuine case for dropping SOR1.

heh :)

are u allowed to drop SOR at oakhill? (since it's a catholic school)

at my school, our timetable basically rotates around SOR. no matter what your subject selection is, u MUST include SOR and ur not allowed to drop it in year 12 :(
