Hey i have three question that i have to answer and i cant work them out or find the right way of answer them, anyone can you plz help.

User documentation should be “task oriented”. Briefly describe what is meant by the term “task oriented”.

List three sections that should be included in the individual document specification.

List three different types of technical documentation.

Thank you

Task Oriented means that the instructions should be step by step explaining what to do to the user.

Individual document specification:
System Requirements
System Flow chart
data flow diagram
ER Diagram
structured English
Structure Chart
HIPO Chart
Data Disctionary
standards for samples of screen designs or layouts
standards for samples of report designs or layouts
data entry forms such as order forms
procedures manual
list of documentation available
test data, expected results and actual test results
maintenance history log book
document register.

List three different types of technical documentation.

I beleive there is only two:

USer Documentation which has in it:
instructional material
training material
policy and procedures documents

or
Application software documentation which
overviews structure
system design
user interface
data dictionary
test data
maintenance information
