I just want to know if anyone (or if you know anyone) whos getting an estimate of 99+ or even a 99.95

Yeah, I know a few people with estimated at or above 99. My estimate was around 97-98 according to my school.

^^ this, you probably have done no where near enough assessments to get an accurate ATAR estimate

could see what last year's dux got but that's hardly an accurate indicator
