im about to get my Ps and was wondering if i could get an exemption on a prohibited car just because our family has no other car?
my brother is planning to buy a car soon but his choice depends on whether i can get an exemption or not.
also what would happen if my brother got another car which is also prohibited?

I heard they allow low power sc/tc cars if it's the only family car. It's on the letter they sent out.
