applying interstate? (1 Viewer)

ive only got my 9 preferences for NSW/ACT unis but i want to apply interstate to melbourne and adelaide...do i do it through UAC still or through their own uni websites? does that mean i can only apply for medicine in nsw and then apply on the other website and pay again and apply for the other medicine courses?

lol , i think you apply @ the "TAC"s of each state.
i`m applying @VTAC as well =]

I've done all of my applications for each med school except for WA and med lab science in NZ at Otago and Auckland.

Yeah it's a bit*h you have to pay around $20 for each then you have to do each uni's individual applicaiton form, fu*k i wish we had a nationalised education and tertiary admissions system, then we wouldn't have to put up with all this sh*t.

Oh yeah if your applying interstate and have no accomadation you must apply to respective uni residential campuses (right now, ASAP) and try to reserve a placement for next year, an extra hassle .

i think for utas u have to apply directly to uni of tasmania through their official website (google it)
