no one forces the women...btwNot-That-Bright said:Kulazzi... do u think it SHOULD be release when it WAS a group of muslims that committed a gang rape?
There DOES seem to be a problem with alot of groups of european and arab males.... they ARE commiting gang rapes etc more often than white men and I don't think it's wrong to point that out as there is obviously a problem that needs to be addressed. European (italy, czech), arab men seem to have been brought up in cultures where women are second to men... i know this is a bit of a blanket statement but alot of girls i know from such families find that this is the case in a disproportionate amount compared with white australian families..
Australians in general don't like the idea that a woman should be FORCED to cover up her body.
were the bali bombings middle easterers?..no..tattoodguy said:i dont think i said all arabs commmit terrorism....but what i said was.
that all terrorists are arabs..........or whatever.............pretty much anyways..........most terrorists are middle easterneres.............thats just a fact.
well you have ur opinionNot-That-Bright said:they might have been? There's alot of arabs/european males in penrith lol
I don't think i'm being unfair... i think it is culturally more common for people of these nationalities to see women as 2nd to men.
if she so desires..Not-That-Bright said:So a girl in a muslim family can take off her scarf, start wearing mini dresses etc if she wanted?
its more common in ur eyes..Not-That-Bright said:It's not a generalisation when i'm saying it's more common, a generalisation would be me saying all of them were like this.
more common in those cultures to see women second to menNot-That-Bright said:so you don't think it is more common?
they seem better then they used to be after all the womens liberationNot-That-Bright said:i'm not saying that it's religious or anything.. just the culture of people from these nationalities it seems to be more common...
I think the government should do something about this for sure tho... i feel men are seeing women as more lowly in all australian culture these days...
ok ..i c........Not-That-Bright said:I mean it's seen that women are the ones that should cook for the men, that they are just sexual objects etc.
Things have definately improved globally, and there'll always be dickheads in any culture, but i think the improvements haven't been as strong in these cultures as it was never pushed as much there.
