Architecture at UNCLE (1 Viewer)

Right now i am in yr 12 and considering Architecture at Newcastle. The UAC guide recommends that i have studied 2U Maths, and/or Visual Art and/or Industrial Technologyand/or Physics and 2U of English. I have only done Advanced maths and 3U english. I'm wondering, anybody who does architecture at Newi, could i handle the course without these yr 12 subjects? i am a fairly quick learner and do well at school.

Your Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Although I don't do a Bachelor of Architecture, in my opinion those prerequisites are not really a big deal. I am pretty sure they will teach you everything you need to know. Don't not chose the Degree just because you haven't done the prerequisites.

Architecture.. I can hardly spell the word, let alone study it! As for pre-requisities... don't ignore them completely, but if you haven't done them, it's not the end of the world. Perhaps a bridging course over the summer will help? Call the uni (I'm not sure which faculty/school) and ask them!

I'm sure that you will be ok if you want to do architecture.
Don't worry too much about the recommended subjects.

thanks everyone...i am going to count Architecture as one of my choices...the thing is...this just makes my problem so much worse! all the choices! At least my options are open!

the 2005 cutoffs are probably on the web somewhere, the 2004 ones were the only ones i had on my computer. I doubt there would be much difference anyway
